HubSpot Setup
Connect HubSpot for your site, approve access, and Crawlbaby handles the rest. We detect the best extraction mode automatically and process changes in daily end-of-day batch mode.
Quick Setup
- Set platform type to HubSpot in Site Settings.
- Click Connect HubSpot from Site Settings.
- Approve the HubSpot authorization screen for your portal.
- Crawlbaby stores the connection and starts syncing automatically.
- HubSpot sites always run in Daily end-of-day batch mode.
How Sync Works
- Crawlbaby first probes
GET https://api.hubapi.com/cms/v3/audit-logs/. - If audit logs are unavailable for the portal, Crawlbaby falls back to
GET https://api.hubapi.com/cms/v3/pages/site-pages + /landing-pages. - Do not grant write scopes. Crawlbaby rejects write-capable scopes by design.
- Changed URLs are queued, deduped, and captured in daily batches.
Status
No HubSpot connection found for this site yet.
Read-Only Guardrails
- HubSpot content API client only permits
GETrequests. - Token refresh is OAuth-only and separate from content API operations.
- Write scopes are rejected and the connection is marked as re-auth required.
- No webhook/subscription management endpoints are called.
