1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Crawlbaby, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you use Crawlbaby on behalf of a company, agency, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Crawlbaby.

2. What Crawlbaby is

Crawlbaby is a SaaS product that helps users monitor website changes over time.

Depending on the enabled features, Crawlbaby may store page HTML snapshots, screenshots, extracted links, diffs, change-event records, analytics context, and integration metadata so users can review and compare changes.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must use Crawlbaby lawfully and only for business or professional purposes that are permitted by these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method, account credentials, and access to invited workspaces secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or through the workspaces you administer, except to the extent caused by Crawlbaby's own breach of these terms.

Crawlbaby may restrict access to invite-only, beta, trial, or limited-release features.

4. Workspaces, roles, and invited users

Crawlbaby supports shared workspaces, team access, and site-level permissions.

The workspace or account owner is responsible for who is invited, what access they receive, and what tracked sites or captured data they can view or manage.

If you invite another user into your workspace, you are authorising Crawlbaby to share workspace data with that user according to the permissions you grant.

5. Your sites and captured content

You must only add, monitor, connect, or submit websites, URLs, data sources, and integrations that you are authorised to use.

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the sites, pages, credentials, and content you choose to connect to Crawlbaby.

Because Crawlbaby captures website content selected by users, stored snapshots, screenshots, links, or diffs may include third-party material, personal data, or sensitive information already present on those sites. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required permissions to monitor or store that content.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Crawlbaby to:

• break the law or violate third-party rights
• interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
• upload, connect, or process material that you are not permitted to use
• reverse engineer, probe, or abuse the service beyond what applicable law allows
• use the service to build or train a competing product from non-public Crawlbaby data or interfaces

Crawlbaby may suspend or limit access if use appears unlawful, abusive, harmful, or likely to create security, operational, or legal risk.

7. Integrations and third-party services

Crawlbaby can connect with third-party services such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress-related flows.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorise Crawlbaby to use the access granted by that connection to operate the related feature.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by the terms and policies of those providers. Crawlbaby is not responsible for third-party services, outages, API changes, policy changes, or data supplied by those providers.

8. Fees, trials, and plan changes

Crawlbaby may offer free, trial, beta, paid, or custom plans.

If you subscribe to a paid plan or otherwise agree to paid access, you must pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges for that plan.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Crawlbaby may change plan structure, pricing, feature limits, or packaging prospectively. If a paid plan is active, changes will apply from the next billing period or renewal unless stated otherwise.

9. Beta features and availability

Crawlbaby may label some features or flows as beta, preview, early access, or similar.

Those features may be incomplete, change quickly, or be removed without notice.

Crawlbaby does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect capture accuracy, or error-free operation. Scheduled capture, webhook, integration, analytics, email, or historical comparison features may be delayed or unavailable from time to time.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Crawlbaby at any time.

Crawlbaby may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service is no longer commercially or operationally practical.

Where reasonably practical, Crawlbaby will try to provide notice before termination or material suspension, but it may act immediately where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

11. Intellectual property

Crawlbaby and its software, branding, design, and service materials remain the property of Crawlbaby or its licensors.

These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with the plan or access level made available to you.

You keep your rights in the material you submit or connect to the service, subject to the rights needed for Crawlbaby to host, process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise operate the service for you and your workspace.

12. Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or product ideas to Crawlbaby, you agree that Crawlbaby may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

13. Privacy

Your use of Crawlbaby is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how the service handles account data, tracked content, integrations, and operational records.

14. Warranties disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawlbaby is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Crawlbaby disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free, except to the extent such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawlbaby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawlbaby's total liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Crawlbaby for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not paid for the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Crawlbaby harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your lack of rights or authority to submit, monitor, capture, or use the sites, credentials, or content you connect to Crawlbaby.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You and Crawlbaby submit to the courts of Victoria, Australia for disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service, subject to any non-excludable rights or mandatory forum rules that apply to you.

18. Changes to these terms

Crawlbaby may update these terms from time to time.

If changes are material, Crawlbaby may update the effective date above and may notify users through the app, email, or both where appropriate.
